I am a 500-Hour Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Barre Certified teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience. The style of yoga that is close to my heart is Hatha/Tantra school of yoga. I believe that the biggest gift that yoga offers to us everyday is meditation because regular practice leads to freedom and happiness. One of my favorite stories is when they asked Buddha what he gained from meditation. He replied: “Nothing, however let me tell you what I lost – Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Insecurity, Fear of old age and death.”
